RULES
Numbers are called off one by one in a random order.
In order to cross off a space, skaters must land
the trick designated on the spot.
+1 means a variation of that trick.
Choice means a variation of that trick that is not
anywhere on the board or that skater has already done.
First skater to get bingo wins.
Bingo Caller's Card - this is used to call the bingo
and keep track of which numbers have been called.

Hard Version:
If the trick is not landed first try you can not try again,
the spot must be left unmarked.

Easy Version:
If the trick is not landed first try, you can re try
the missed trick again once per number called.
Only one trick attempt per number called.
